Access Groups
The Access Groups page has been enhanced to include two new tables in which assignments and users for the access group are visible
Added an ‘Inactive’ flag to access groups so users can hide inactive ones
Corrected an issue where users restricted by access groups could add new assignments if they have add rights to the assignment screen and include these assignments in access groups they have access to
Advanced Automation
The ID of the Quick Workflow that started the Advanced Automation, is now present in the ‘create_by’ field on the Asynchronous batch table to help with the troubleshooting of Advanced Automation issues
Assignment Packages
Users are now notified when content is not generated from an Assignment Package Batch. They can now also rebuild the failed package.
Authorizations
Resolved an issue where SCIM API users would get errors when creating Authorizations
Corrected an issue in Authorization User Pages that have City lookup fields when the Authorization is in read-only mode
Resolved an issue in Authorization Approval emails when using the Authorization ID merge tag
Business Rules
A core mechanism used to retrieve the parameters in a Business Rule was updated. Parameters are now stored in a dedicated table so they can be used after running a Business Rule
Checklists
Users are now warned before making certain changes to Checklist Templates that have active checklists created from them. This includes changes to the Data Source or Target Field of an automated checklist template
Corrected an issue with links on Checklist Reminder emails
Resolved an issue with checklists configured to automatically start when a document is uploaded
Enhanced the Save & Duplicate button in Checklists. When a user clicks Save & Duplicate, all configuration on the original will be duplicated (except the name, which will have ‘(Copy)’ appended to it
Compensation Calculations
Created two new fields on the assignment screen that can override the default values for Filing Status - for Home and Host locations
Enhanced the Generic CSV Import and Employee Assignment Flexible Header to include new fields values when importing/updating an assignment
Data Providers
Carbon Emissions (kg/passenger) and Trees Required to Offset were added to the Airinc Airfare table so users can consider climate impact in their company’s flight decisions
Domestic Gross Up & Payroll
Several enhancements have been made to the Tax Calc Batch page improving searching for and selecting Employee/Assignments included into the batch
Within the Batch Process Preview section the Assignment System Number column has been added to help users locate assignment records
Also, in the preview section, an include checkbox has been added for each row which will allow users to select which Employee/Assignments to include and not include in the batch
In the Employee/Assignment Selector popup, four search options have been added: Employee ID, Employee System Number, Assignment ID and Assignment System Number
Added a new ‘Tax Calc Batch True Up Report’ summarizing reported and unreported voucher entry expenses and their corresponding tax assistance and true up calculations
Ecosystem

Imports
Enhanced the Tax Authority User Defined Local Authority Import to consider tiered local taxes ranges
It is now possible to use the Wage Feed Import with a file that has less than 82 fields/columns
Corrected a scenario where Email Imports were creating duplicate Note/Communications
Integration Event Definition
Fixed an issue with the last version of Chrome browsers that affected Integration Event Definition fields
Landing Experience
The Landing Experience Dashboard has a section for new widget context filters. Context filters allow any user accessing a Landing Experience Dashboard to refine data presented in widgets, through user report prompt filters. Super Users can then create Landing Experience dashboards for a more global audience, as users can adjust filter values.
Text and SQL lookup field context filters on the Landing Experience are setup with a typeahead, drop down list field type. This allows users to enter, find, and select context values from a list
Mobile Employee Experience
Internal AssignmentPro users who receive messages from an employee via the Mobile Employee Experience messaging feature will now receive email notifications if they are not signed-in to AssignmentPro
An issue where the currency selector on money-type field on the Mobile Employee Experience did not load correctly has been resolved
Notes/Communications
An issue where Notes/Communications with sub-headers greater than 300 characters long would not load has been resolved
Projects
Users can now add more than one group of project entitlements to an individual project. This increases the flexibility of project entitlements allowing separate entitlements for different groups or types of project workers
Users can now associate checklist items to the Company Project page. These checklist items will display in the breadcrumb bar header control on the Project Details page for better oversight and management of project tasks
Users will now see Project custom fields only on the Project Details page. Project custom fields will no longer display on the Project Documents page
Enhanced the grid placement validation when setting up Project entitlement custom fields
Pulse Checks
A new Response Type for Net Promoter Score can now be used in Pulse Checks or Employee Feedback
Quick Workflows
Quick Workflow information is now stored in a new logging table, reportable through User Reports. Note, this can be turned on via a System Preference and should only be turned on for troubleshooting purposes
Security Enhancements
Files containing blacklisted signatures in their content are now blocked and not permitted for upload into AssignmentPro
Service/Stability Enhancements
Improved performance throughout parts of AssignmentPro
Improved the performance of the User ID dropdown list from the Resource Details page
Enhanced the performance of the Threaded Batch Processor
Enhanced the performance of the SCIM2 API
Tax Calc. Batches can now run simultaneously along with other types of batches. Note, individual Tax Calc. Batches will continue to run sequentially
Added an SQL timeout amount for the Data Event Processor
A change was made to remove the Restart Service buttons on the System Information page
Resolved an issue with Assignment Details when home or host primary payroll system was set to read only
Resolved a problem where User Reports and Advance Automation were unable to run simultaneously

An issue that occurred when renaming User Pages is now resolved
User Reports
Resolved an issue with User Reports that had print options specified not running
Fixed a scenario where some User Reports with Custom SQL fields would error when run as an Excel output
Solved an issue with advanced filter conditions in user reports
User Tables
Resolved an issue where the system was not respecting the new maximum length of a field on a User Table
Vendor Integration
Resolved an issue where vendors were unable to communicate upcoming maintenance windows to AssignmentPro
Assignment Extension Requests can now successfully trigger integration push rules
What-If Cost Estimates
Estimates will successfully run when configured to have ‘Start Date’ or ‘End Date’ fields as optional
When the Salary Grade field is set to mandatory it will no longer cause validation issues prior to staffing of the estimate
Corrected an issue with What-If Cost Estimates that had prompted date inputs
A scenario where the Group Summary report was not posting after all other Individual estimates has now been resolved
