These document types are only available on the Visa / Work Permit screen and will need to be made active in order to view them on the screen and be used.

The Document Type Category is Immigration (EQIMMI) and can be found on the Document Type screen. Click on the pencil icon beside the Document Type to be made active.
Untick the Inactive checkbox and press [Save].
