Click the [Save] button to display the Visa and Work Permit Details section and add Detail records.
Fields on this screen are:
Service Order: Identifies the Service Order with which the Case is associated. In other words, this Case Details record is the result of the work performed for that Service Order.
Service Orders are listed based on their Service Types, which are identified in the Service Type Screen Mapping screen for the Visa and Work Permits Case Details screen. This means that Service Orders created on both the Visa and Work Permits Service Request and the generic Service Order screens are displayed, provided they reference the Service Type(s) configured for the Case Details screen.
Person(s): Identifies the people that the Case tracks.
The list displays the employee, the spouse/domestic partner, and all dependents identified for the assignment. This grid does not take into consideration the Status of the person (e.g., <On Assignment> or <Not On Assignment>) or whether the person was selected in the associated Service Request.
Use [Shift]-click to select multiple people that are adjacent to each other in the list.
Use [Ctrl]-click to select multiple people that are not adjacent to each other in the list.
Use [Ctrl]-click to deselect a person.
