Device access can be removed on the Account Settings page in the Mobile Employee Experience. To remove an Activated Device, simply click on the trash can icon next to the device that needs to be removed.
A warning message asking the user to confirm the deactivation of the device will show. Clicking
will remove device activation and clicking
will cancel the transaction.
Once
has been clicked, the device will be removed from the Activated Devices list, the app will not be able to access the Mobile Employee Experience on the removed device without registering again, and a confirmation message stating that the device has been removed will appear.
