This widget will display a list of assignments scheduled to end within the next six months where the current user is the Assignment Coordinator and also has security rights to the assignment. Assignments that are Inactive, Cancelled, Complete, or have already ended (have an Actual End Date) are excluded from the list.
The data is displayed in table-format with the Employee Name, Home and Host Countries and the Scheduled or Extended End Date (if one is present). Assignments ending within 90 days will display the End Date in bold red text.
Clicking the Employee Name link will navigate to the employee’s Assignment screen where the detailed assignment information can be viewed. The list is displayed in descending order with the nearest End Date displayed on top. The information can be re-sorted by clicking on the column headings.
