This widget shows four Resources for a given assignment – Assignment Coordinator, Accounting Coordinator, Addtl. Resource #1, and Addtl. Resource #2. Not only are the Resources displayed, but they may also be set from the widget. Changing a Resource from the widget will behave the same as modifying it from the Assignment screen.
The labels for each of the four fields will match the verbiage on the Assignment screen (they honor label override settings). The save is automatic; no need to click a [Save] button. Security for this widget is also the same as the Assignment screen. That is to say, if a user only has view access to the Assignment screen, that user will only have view access to this widget. It is important to note that if this widget is placed on the Assignment screen, and a user modifies a Resource via the widget, that change will not be dynamically reflected in the Assignment screen; the screen must be refreshed in order to display the new value.
