The System Preference for Show SSO User Association Fields must be set to <Yes> for the Single Sign On User fields to appear on the Employee Screen.

The user must have the following set of permissions to maintain these fields on the Employee screen

Security Sections Rights (Section Name)

  • <Employee - Single Sign On Fields> - tick the <View> and <Edit> checkboxes

Things to Note

  • Users will not be able to change the password after logging into the Mobile Employee Experience (MEE). An information alert message appears in the Change Password section instead of displaying the fields.
