Create approval routings to your mobility records in the Equus Platform. You can add them to records created via Mobility Manager widget or with the International Remote Work Request form.
You can track or monitor the approval routing progress in the mobility record. On the Mobility Record details screen, click
of the Approval Routing Stage to open the Approval Routing Details screen.
Note, when no routing exists or if the routing is deleted, this button will display
instead and when clicked, it will launch a blank approval routing page with an option to add new approvers.
Once you click
or
, the Approval Routing Stage screen will appear. Internal users can access to view the details and history of the Approval Routing Stage. This screen is accessible for all mobility types except for legacy assignment records. If the approver has not given a response and the user would like to forward the approval to a new resource or individual they can click on the
button to send a new email to the new approver.
Before clicking the
button, select a new Resource or remove the resource and enter a new Email and Name for the approver. This will send a new link to the new details provided and the previous link will no longer work.
Things to Note
The internal user must have the necessary access rights for this screen and sections
If the mobility type is left blank, the approval routing feature will not be available
A Status Badge will appear to indicate the status of the approval in the:
Remote Work request summary screen - this will appear when you open the International Remote Work Request form and user have existing requests
