    • Note, the approval routing process for all mobility types has a check to limit the approval routing to one per mobility record

    • A new approval routing ruleset has been added for the mobility type ‘International Remote Work’. This ruleset can be used when a user submits the new Remote Work request form

    • A new default approval ruleset has been added for Remote Work. This ruleset has one approver (Line Manager) by default

    • The employee Line Manager is a resource that can be used in the mobility record approval routing process for all mobility types

    • The merge source used in email notification templates has been enhanced to include additional fields used in remote work and mobility record approval email notifications sent to approvers

    • All mobility types have a new field to track the approval routing status. A new button for approval routing status has also been added that will allow users to add an approval routing or view existing approval routing depending on stage of routing for the mobility record

  • Remote Work:

    • In this release, anyone can create a Remote Work request with the new self-initiated request form. This user-friendly form consists of five steps that collect destination information, the time spent in the destination and right to work documentation

    • A new tab for Remote Work request form configuration has been added to the Mobility Type Defaults page

      • In this tab, users can configure opening and closing messages for the Remote Work Request form, add a link to their company's remote work policies and configure the form rules for each country

      • For each country users can choose to disable that country, require the Right to Work to be acknowledged on the form, and/or set a day limit for that country. Each country is also given the option to only count working days, which will then display a new field on the request form

      • A URL to the Remote Work request form is also shown in this tab

      • Finally, there is a master switch that will allow users to deny access to the form by company

    • Submitting the Remote Work request form will start the approval routing process when you have an active remote work approval ruleset setup with approvers

    • The Remote Work request form supports custom help text

    • After a Remote Work request is submitted, a mobility case is created with the mobility type of ‘International Remote Work’. All users will be able to check the status of this request and view prior International Remote Work mobility cases upon their return to the form. The status badge displayed in the request history is also displayed when viewing the request in the Move Manger widget

    • A Remote Work email notification template and approval form have been added to support the Remote Work request form approval process. Submitting the Remote Work request form starts the approval process email notification and approval form containing details specific to international remote workers

    • The Mobility Type Policy Defaults page has a new field to set the approval ruleset for the International Remote Work mobility type. This default ruleset will be used to determine approvers when the Remote Work request form is submitted

    • The Line Manager provided by the employee on the Remote Work request form can be used in the Remote Work approval routing process

    • Non Equus Platform users can access the Remote Work request form. Note, this only works when Single Sign On (SSO) is enabled. These users need to be provided with the request form link and a public GUID belonging to a given company

      • If already an Equus Platform user they will be redirected to the form

      • If not, a user record will be created (with the type ‘External Employee’ and a specific role only allowing access to the request form) in the process and the user will be redirected to the form

      • If auto-provisioning is setup, the user will be created with the type and role defined in the SSO configuration
