Should a user wish to reset his or her password, the user has the option to do so directly on the portal. To access the password reset page on the portal, click the Name in the upper right-hand corner of the main screen and select Change Password.
A pop-up window will appear on the screen prompting the user to enter the Current Password, the New Password and a confirmation of the New Password. Clicking
will make the new password active. The user will be required to use the new password upon next login to the portal.
Clicking
will display the rules as configured on the User Password Rules screen.
A confirmation email will be emailed if the password change is successful. This email will notify the user that their password has been changed and is intended as an additional security measure if the password change was not initiated by the user.
An error message will display if there is a problem with the field entries.
