Any user who uses the sign-in screen to log into Assignment Pro including the employee portal (Mobile Employee Experience) has the ability to retrieve his or her user ID or password from the sign-in screen if the information has been forgotten. If as a user, you have multiple user accounts (User IDs) linked to an email address, it is recommended that you contact your administrator and request for the password to be resent for a particular User ID.
From the sign-in screen the user would click the 'Forgot your User ID or Password?' link.
Upon clicking the link, the user will be prompted for the email address that was used when setting up the user. For user types <External Employee> and <External Employee Delegate>, their email address would be the same as their User ID used to sign up to the Mobile Employee Experience.
Clicking the [Email Me] button will send the request for the User ID and Password reminder emails.
The user will get a message stating that the emails have been sent if the email address entered is valid within the system. The user can then use the User ID and Password information provided in the email to reset the login credentials.
