APIs

  • API Subscribers can now:

    • Create, update, view, and/or delete Compensation Data Repository entries for an Assignment via the People or Cost Estimates API subscription

    • Retrieve Cost Estimate or What-If Cost Estimate documents via the Compensation Documents or Cost Estimates API subscription

    • Update a Cost Estimate's General Information and Tax Estimator Inputs via Cost Estimates API subscription

  • People API subscribers can now use * as a wildcard for gender in Employee endpoints. When creating an Employee and using * as gender, the Employee will match based on their first name, last name, email, and any gender saved in the system

  • Resolved an issue with People API data where employee gender not being filled out

  • Fixed an issue when a What-If Cost Estimates are created even if the Company’s status is set to Inactive

Assignment Packages

  • Resolved a problem where users encountered an error when they published an Assignment Package to the MEE and the delivery contained a Merge Document that depended on a User Report cascaded parameter

Authorizations

  • Home and Host Family Sizes in authorizations will now be calculated the same way as Cost Estimates calculate these values

  • Resolved a scenario where Authorizations displayed nothing instead of ‘0’ for children not on assignment

  • Fixed a scenario where resending an authorization approval email does not update its historical trail

Billing

  • Resolved an issue where inactive referral fees were being included in receivable batches

Business Rules

  • Made improvements to Business Rule performance and input variable availability

Checklist

  • Fixed an issue in the resource assignment for company checklists using system level templates

Cost Estimates

  • Internal users can now default Cost Estimate report configurations for documents created via an API subscription

  • Resolved a scenario when copying Cost Estimate templates with different calculation methods on Cost Estimate Line Items

Country

  • A country of Sint Maarten has been added

Field Management

  • Resolved an issue with data validations for date and money fields

Integration Event History

  • Vendors will now show in the Integration Event History filtering if they have a Vendor ID instead of having an Integration Permission Set

Landing Experience

  • An Expand button has been added to the function widget drill down to help users view data in large data sets. It is now located at the top right corner for the custom data table and chart widgets

  • In the expanded view of the custom data table widget, users can increase/decrease the size of the text – making it easier to read smaller text that appears with larger data sets

  • The Drill down of the function widget has been enhanced to allow column filtering

  • A search bar has been added to column filters in the Custom Data table widget

  • The custom data table widget and drill downs of the function, chart, and map widgets have also been enhanced to:

    • Allow the configuration of a link to open the view/edit move modal of the move manager widget

    • Allow sorting of: date, numeric, and money fields

  • The widgets on the Landing Experience dashboard will refresh when either creating or editing a move in the mobility manager widget to reflect the change

  • The "Exceptions Pending My Approval" widget was retrofitted to allow Relocation Exceptions to display and enable users to act on them

  • Resolved a UI issue in the Make a Request widget with the document uploader

  • Fixed an issue where an admin cannot configure the left menu of an LE dashboard for Internal and External Client users

Merge Documents

  • PDF and Excel (.xls and .xlsx) Merge Documents are now supported with Password Encryption. Three new output formats have been added to the merge document template:

    • Password Encrypted PDF Document

    • Password Encrypted Excel Document (.xls)

    • Password Encrypted Excel Document (.xlsx)

  • There are two new system and company level preferences to determine the password used to encrypt documents

Mobility Management

  • The following enhancements have been made:

    • Added an improved modal with tiles of the Mobility Types

    • Mobility types can now be managed on the Lookup Maintenance Screen under the new Mobility Type category. You can rename or inactivate one or more of the existing Mobility Types. Note, this will also be the term displayed when viewing existing mobility records

    • The Mobility Type ‘Localization’ has been removed

    • Replacing a single form, the Mobility Manager now consists of a three step form:

      • Select the mobility type

      • Select or create a new employee and

      • Mobility Record details

    • The close button has now been moved to the lower right and a confirmation message will now appear on closing to prevent accidental loss of data

    • Now when searching for mobility records, the following results will be displayed:

      • Name and ID of employee

      • Name of the Company they belong to (if the user has access to more than one company)

      • Mobility Type of record

      • Start Date of record (if data is available)

      • ‘From’ and ‘To’ Countries and Cities

      • Mobility record ID

  • You can now create a new employee via the Mobility Manager. Note, if there are existing employees with either First Name and Last Name or Email, then the existing records are displayed in a grid with a suggestion to pick an existing employee instead of creating a new one. The following fields are needed to create the employee are:

    • First Name (required)

    • Last Name (required)

    • Email

    • Company (Note, only if the user is accessing the modal without a company context or has access to multiple companies)

  • HRIS integration with the Mobility Manager is now possible. Please speak with your Equus Representative if you are interested

  • Added new validation of email address to prevent users from creating multiple records for the same email

  • A new screen ‘Mobility Types Policy Default’ has been created to map policies with a mobility type. If no mapping exists for a given mobility type, the Policy field will be shown

    • Note, if a Policy is inactive, the value will not be available on the dropdown of policies when creating a mapping. However, if it is already selected, the value will remain on a mapping created prior to the inactivation of that policy. Once changed, it will not longer appear

    • Existing mobility records with an inactive policy will keep that value

    • For new records that are under a mapping with an inactive policy, the field Policy will be available similar to the situation of "no mapping"

  • For the mobility type, ‘International Remote Work’:

    • The link to ‘Add Destination Details’ will only be available when no destination details are created on that mobility record. When one exists, the link is hidden

    • When accessing the modal in view/edit mode of a given record, the user has now the possibility to upload documents to be attached to the record

  • For the mobility type, ‘International Relocation’:

    • The following additional fields for tracking have been added to the modal when accessing it on view/edit mode: ‘From Currency’, ‘To Currency’, ‘Coordinator’, ‘VIP’, ‘Effective Date’, ‘Delete After Date’

    • Two new sections have been added – ‘Segment levels’ and ‘Special Security groups’

  • The following will be available to all mobility types when editing a record:

    • Fields - ‘Coordinator’ and ‘Delete after date’

    • Section - ‘Special Security Group’

  • The fields ‘Host Family Size’, ‘Home Family Size’ and ‘Effective Date’ cannot be changed to not required on the Mobility Manager modal

  • Fixed an issue wherein the mobility manager widget can create records on preview/edit mode in the Landing Experience Maintenance Summary screen.

  • Resolved a behavior that returns duplicate results while scrolling on searched results

Pay Registers

  • A new view ‘Compensation Worksheet to Pay Register Reconciliation view' has been added for Compensation Worksheet amounts that are included in payroll reporting batches. The view can be used to research Comp Worksheet amounts when a difference between what was instructed to payroll versus what was paid by payroll is identified

  • Resolved an issue with the Employee Earnings Statement - Employee View report and Employee Earnings Statement - Shadow Payroll report where the amount sign was incorrectly being changed when the Earnings + Deductions pay register option was checked

Password Management

  • Resolved an issue when users change their passwords and are not redirected to their preferred landing page
