E-Signature Documents
Assignment Packages now support e-signature documents during creation, rebuild, or deletion. Additionally, DocuSign has been upgraded to allow users to personalize documents by adding initials, ticking checkboxes, populating fields, and including timestamps for a more efficient workflow

Improved the compatibility of the Assignment Services page with assistive technology
The color contrast has been increased for widgets on the Equus Dashboard - Vouchers Overview
The Assignment Shortcut widget can now be operated with the keyboard alone and has improved compatibility with assistive technology. All buttons on the date picker control can now be operated with the keyboard
Improved the compatibility of system dialogs with assistive technologies
All controls on the Rich Text Editor component can now be operated with the keyboard alone
Assignment Details
Joins between assignment visa and assignment case tables are now allowed, avoiding unwanted workflow triggers due to unaccounted filters on the Assignment Case table
Solved an issue with the Cost of Living Analysis Summary Detail screen. Documents added to this screen, can now be deleted successfully
Solved an issue where selected assignment text custom fields were incorrectly made available for use on the Authorization Stage Assignment Custom Field table
Assignment Packages
Updated the functionality for Assignment Packages built with e-sign Documents:
Deleting an e-sign Document that is part of an Assignment Package will automatically cancel any outgoing request for signature on those documents
When rebuilding a specific e-sign document that is part of an assignment package, all outgoing signature requests will be canceled
Assignment Packages with e-sign Documents will only be allowed to initiate delivery if all the documents are fully signed
Undoing an Assignment Package Batch process will automatically cancel any outgoing request for signature on Assignment Package e-sign Documents
When deleting any e-sign Document that is part of an Assignment Package, if any Signing request was already completed, it will be canceled automatically
E-sign documents that are part of an Assignment Package cannot be deleted through the Assignment Documents screen
New dynamic labels now display information of requested signatures for specific signers in the e-sign document record on the assignment package screen
A new option has been added to the Assignment Package Template that if an Assignment Package is created without any errors, a request will be automatically sent to the document signers that are included in that Assignment Package
E-sign documents are now fully supported in the Assignment Package configuration
APIs
Added a new Travel Compliance API - This new API will allow one-way connections from traveler assessment service providers to the platform and allow those providers to create and update traveler destination information and risk assessment details
Added a new Log API. This will capture Transaction and Error Messages sourced from Middleware. The Log API can be monitored in the Integration Error Notifications rules page, and users can elect to capture these errors based on source system and/or by method
Authorizations
Authorizations now support the entry of more than one mailing address

Compensation Calculations
Users can now categorize their Compensation Calculation Line Items within templates using Financial Categories, ensuring clearer and more accurate reporting
Compensation Control Panel
The Compensation Control Panel - Comp Processing page had been updated to prevent page timeout issues
Added a new Payroll System filters to filter the results based on the payroll system. Note, the Due Date Range field now includes these additional values: Previous 30 days, and Due in next 60 days
Compensation Data Repository
Users now have a new field on the Compensation Data Repository (CDR) page to track a record identifier for each entry. This record identifier can be used in the generic import to update specific CDR records
Cost Center
Two new fields have been added to the assignment and authorization cost centers:
Home Job Requisition Number
Host Job Requisition Number
Both of these fields and the Home and Host Position Number fields have been added as Default Merge values in Quick Workflows
Cost Estimates
Resolved an issue where Cost Estimate Production Reports resulted in an error when the denominator of a calculation was zero
Resolved an issue with Cost Estimates and Comp Calculations in which the tax estimator was selecting mismatches between the Country and State/Providence fields
Docusign
Added new options to include Checkboxes, Text Fields, Number Fields, Date Fields, Initials, and Timestamps. Also, some changes were made in the Merge Document screen to fully support these new options
E-sign documents that are still pending signatures for completion will display a new label on the MEE to make the employee aware of this
Imports
Resolved an issue where Employee Assignment Flexible Header Imports that use specific Assignment Numbers would result in an error
Previously, a misconfigured company segment import could cause errors on the company segment levels page. The updated import now prevents such errors and notifies the user
Internet Browser Support
The Browser Tab names while on the MEE, Landing Experience, and Remote Work Request form have been updated to reflect the page names
Landing Experience
Function widgets will now persist the filters applied to the data table after closing and opening a widget
Data table widgets and widget drill downs on the Landing Experience were experiencing an issue where not all rows were displaying. This issue has been resolved
Previously the Exceptions Pending My Approval Widget did not load for internal users. This has been corrected
Mobile Employee Experience
Updated the left navigation menu of MEE. From now on, whenever a collapsed logo is defined it will be present on the left navigation menu when it's collapsed
Resolved on issue with the requests dropdown values being cleared once they were chosen
Hyperlinks on the MEE have been improved for better visibility
Mobility Management
Remote Request Form:
A new mandatory field has been added to the ‘When’ step to capture the reason for the request. The reason field provides additional details related to the remote work trip being requested by the employee
The end date picker will default to the start date +1 day when opened, so the user has less clicks when selecting their end date
There is a new validation for the working days to not exceed the calendar days
The number of days displayed in the ‘When’ step tile will no longer include prior days spent in destination. This number now reflects the number of days spent/worked in Destination
The Working Days field (if visible), and Prior days spent at destination country field will no longer accept negative values
Fields now abide by the Company selector in DDMO. This will allow you to configure captions and portal helper text for each company
Document Uploader error messages on the remote work request form have been updated to indicate the reason to why the document was not uploaded
The user experience of Location pickers has been enhanced:
Commas will no longer clear returned results
Search results have been improved to display the exact matches first, followed by partial matches.
Exact name city matches will now appear first Remote Request Form Configuration:
If 'Right to Work’ documentation is not required, the documentation field will be hidden on the remote work request form
The close button has been replaced by a cancel button
The number of days field in the country rules section, could previously be edited by users that have view only access. This issue has now been resolved
Resolved a problem where custom fields were appearing on the configuration screen
Approval Routing:
The 'Resend' and 'Update Approver & Send' buttons will no longer be visible when the approval routing is canceled
The 'Update Approver & Send' button now validates required fields and prevents the user from sending an update when a required field is missing
The approval routing process was updated so you can no longer begin routing when there is an approval status. This will prevent emails from being sent when the approval routing is already approved or denied
Updated a label on the Business Trip approval form. from 'Relocation Policy' to 'Policy' to align with the new mobility types
The International Remote Work approval email and form were updated. They now include the Reason field from the remote work request form
The Business Trip approval routing now includes Destination Assessment details when that information is available (these details are hidden if not)
No badge on the Mobility Manager Widget will be shown if the routing didn't started yet
General:
Custom Field (CF) are now visible also for mobility types on the internal assignment screen to prevent errors in saving a record with a required hidden CF
The user search on the Mobility Manager Widget now automatically clears previous search criteria/results when the user revisits the search feature
An employee submitted remote request will update the Associated User ID in the employee table. This will allow you to use a single filter to link users with employee records for reporting
When the System Preference ‘End Date Greater Than Start Date' (ASIENDSTRT) is enabled, start dates cannot be greater than end dates. An error message will now appear on the Mobility Manager Widget if this occurs
Updated Business Travelers fields from ‘From Country/State/City’ to ‘Home Country/State/City’
Pay Registers
The pay register company and system amounts will be updated for assignments that have one payroll system where that payroll system is the primary payroll
Production Reports
Production Reports run using “Run in Background” now work correctly and do not depend on browser date and time settings
Projects
Project Security:
The User Maintenance Screen now has a Project Security section that controls a user’s access to Project Security configuration. If enabled, the user will be subject to Project Security configuration. Otherwise, the user will have access to all projects for the companies they can access
If ‘Only access to projects the user is associated with’ is enabled, and the user is a resource of a project, the user will have access to that project and its corresponding assignments
Project Security Overrides - If ‘Has All Assignment Rights’ or ‘Restrict To Access Group Assignments’ is checked, Projects Security is not applied
Pre-existing Rights
Note, turning on Projects Security may or may not override previous settings in ‘Country Security rights’, ‘Special Security Groups’ or ‘Company Segment levels’
If there is pre-existing Country Security configuration, turning on Projects Security for a user will prompt a warning. This alert notifies the user of potential changes to previous country security settings due to possible overrides via Projects rights
If the ‘Project Only’ and ‘Projects and its Assignment’ options are configured, the Exceptions Grid on the Country Security tab of the User Maintenance screen can be specified. Access to projects can then be defined based on the Country exceptions grid
Note, project security is not applied to Projects created without Contacts or Locations
All the new settings related with Projects Security contain a tooltip to help the users understand the meaning of each setting
Records related to a Project on the following pages will only be accessible to users that have access to that Project: Company Assignment Package Batches & Company Cost Estimate Batches, all Compensation Calculations, Cost Estimates and Assignment Packages

Resolved an issue with parenthesis being used in a basic filter
Quick Workflows
The ‘Employee Source System’ and ‘Source System Text Key fields’ are now available to use in Quick Workflows
Approval Routing Stage code has been added to the criteria filter grids
The following fields are now available as trigger fields on Quick Workflow and Integration Event Definitions:
Relocation Screen Contact: Email

Security Enhancements
As a standard process, Equus fixes vulnerabilities found through testing and analysis. For this release, a few enhancements have been made to address those findings
User Interface
The left side menu will now be expanded by default when a user logs in
The option to collapse the menu remains via the expand/collapse button
Contrast between editable and disabled/read-only fields has been increased
The Employee ID field has been added to the common search fields in the Employee/Assignment page
User Maintenance
On the Employee Profile, the Employee Type field has been renamed to Employment Type. This field has also been updated with the following values:
Fixed Term Full Time
Regular Full Time
Regular Part Time
Fixed Term Part Time
Intern
Temporary
All values can be activated via the Lookup Maintenance screen
User Pages
Assignment level user pages now support locking and unlocking. Role security can be configured to allow or prevent users from locking and unlocking assignment level user pages
User Reports
To help users track integrations, ‘Source System’ and ‘Source System Text Key’ fields have were added to the Relocation Screen Contact and a new data source ‘Assignment Dependent - No custom fields (view)’
User Report Types can be saved without clearing records from the User Report Table
Users can now use the Equus - Assignments by Mobility Type (Standardized) User Report to conveniently view their assignments categorized according to a standardized mobility type
Vendor Integration
Now, if a Vendor Integration event fails the system will respond with an ‘HTTP 400’ code, informing the vendor system that the event failed
What-If Cost Estimates
All the columns for the Salary grade dropdowns are now being correctly populated
