The Media Delivery Event option on the Automation tab allows a Quick Workflow to deliver a "MEE Help" file to the Mobile Employee Experience.
Here is an example of where two "documents" configured in the Company Document Library screen will be delivered when the Assignment Start Date changes value for Assignments to London, United Kingdom. See how to add documents and other media / MEE help to the Mobile Employee Experience.
To use the feature, populate the fields as follows:
Process: Select <Media Delivery Event> from the drop down list
Company: Select the Company from drop down list. Prior to configuring the QWF, the documents should be uploaded to the Company Documents Library screen.
Once the Company is selected, a list of "documents" with a category of "MEE Help" will appear in the grid below. Click on the Selected checkbox to select the "document" to be published to the MEE.
