Project Features

Assignment Packages
New selection criteria have been added to Assignment Package Batches so users can filter batches by Company Projects.
AssignmentPro APIs
The People API subscription now includes Employee Passport tables.
A new API subscription is available for AIRINC Exchange Rates . This allows users to import exchange rates at both a Company and System level.
Each table in the People API subscription now has âSOURCE_SYSTEM_TEXT_KEYâ and âSOURCE_SYSTEMâ fields. Note that âSOURCE_SYSTEM_TEXT_KEYâ can be used to add an external ID to a table.
Authorizations
Added the ability to set a custom Effective Date for Assignment Packages, regardless of the level of Automated Processing configured on the template. Previously this was only supported when the package was configured to automatically create the package.
Fixed an issue where if an Authorization User Page contains multiple sections with different user tables, a blank page was displayed when accessing the second table.
Business Rules
On the Business Rule Components page users can now specify which component types you wish to see for easier organization and usability.
Fixed an issue where default values for Input Variables would not appear on the Calculation Inputs tab of a What-If Cost Estimate.
Comp Accumulator
Removed the delete option from Comp Accumulator records that are in an âApprovedâ status.
Added pagination and âSaveâ to the Comp Accumulator Approval Batch grid so users can save when navigating between the result pages.
Custom fields are now available on the Comp Accumulator screen.
Fixed an issue where Comp Accumulator Approval Batches are timing out and cannot be processed to a âCompletedâ status.
Compensation Calculations
New selection criteria have been added to Compensation Batches so users can filter batches by Company Projects.
Cost Estimates
New selection criteria have been added to Cost Estimate Batches so users can filter batches by Company Projects.
Dashboards
Fixed an issue where the created by and create dates were not updating appropriately for copied Landing Experience dashboards.
Documents
The Company Documents screen has been redesigned to align with the Assignment Documents screen. The screen now supports multiple document upload, edit, delete and download, more file information, easy file replacement, instant document search, file labels, and better document organization.
A new Screen Section Right âCompany Documents - Copy existing documentâ has been added that allows users to limit a userâs ability to copy existing documents on the Company Documents screen.
E-signature documents with a status of âSignedâ can now be attached to Notes/Communications without having to download the document and re-uploading it.
The document uploader now meets accessibility guidelines for keyboard input.
When configuring an E-Signature Merge document, the Default Email Template field supports type-ahead search for easier configuration.
Fixed an issue where the document uploader would display an âAccess Deniedâ error after deleting a document.
Fixed an issue that blocked uploads for some files with the .docx and .eml extensions.
Expense Entry
Fixed an issue where imported Expenses would have a âNon Auditableâ status when using Business Rules with certain configurations.
Integrations
Integration Event History Details can now be seen with users that have âHas All Assignment Rightsâ checked on the User Maintenance screen.
Fixed an issue where custom fields and many-to-one records were not mapping correctly when creating an integration push script.
Fixed an issue when a lookup field in the Integration Data Mapping is set to both the display name and the ID, and that field is then a required field on the Integration Event Definition, the Service Order will always think the field is missing a value.
Fixed an issue in which a copy of an Integration Data Map with Filters retuned an error when being used.
Fixed an issue where Service Order IDs were not included in push scripts when sent to Vendors.
Fixed an issue where outbound transactions were incorrectly logged as an inbound event.
Fixed an issue where value lookups for inbound events were hidden from the user on the Integration Event History screen.
Fixed an issue where Grow Integration Events were unable to be automated using Quick Workflows.
Internet Browser Support
From 21.6 the most recent version of Microsoft Edge is officially supported. If users are currently using IE 11, we recommend switching to the latest version of Edge, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
Landing Experience
The Landing Experience Tasks and Reminders widget has been standardized and now also supports HTML descriptions.
The Upcoming Start Date and Upcoming End Date widgetâs appearances and functionality have been standardized.
The Big Triple Count widget format has been updated to include a header. The widget now also supports theming and has an export feature similar to Chart and Data Table widgets.
Chart widgets now include an expand option that will enlarge the chart of the widget. This will open in the same manner as the widget drill down view.
An error message will now appear on widgets that are not configured correctly.
When in a widget drill down view, clicking anywhere outside the drill down will now close the view.
Mobile Employee Experience
The Schooling Type field can now be configured to appear on the dependent page on the MEE.
Fixed an issue where MEE Help Documents that are configured as external links would error when clicked on.
Fixed an issue where smaller images appeared tiled on the MEE background.
Notes/Communications
Fixed an issue where the Notes/Communications page would sometimes error and not load after an email for the Assignment was received by the system through Email Integration.
Projects
New project fields have been added to the Company Projects Screen to support tracking additional details. The new fields are:

Billing Company
A new link has been added from the assignment to the Company level project so users can easily navigate to the project details.
Quick Workflows
Quick Workflows now support all Company level project fields.
Relocation Policies
âRelocation Policy: Nameâ and âRelocation Policy: External Nameâ fields now accept up to 100 characters.
Requests
Request types now support Company level Requests associated to a company, instead of an assignment.
Request Types using Merge Tags automatically display all available tags for easier configuration.
The âMake a Requestâ widget now supports Assignment and Company level requests.
The Company Request history grid now supports Assignment and Company level request types.
The Company Request history grid has two new filters allowing you to view Assignment and Company level separately.
Service Orders
The preferred vendor and associated contacts will now automatically be selected each time a Service Order Type is changed, as long as no communications have been sent.
SCIM / Enhanced User Management
Fixed an issue where Add/Update/Remove operations made on Azure AD where not being pushed through to AssignmentPro.
Tax Assistance
Fixed an issue where departure resident state label on tax calculation results incorrectly displayed the destination resident state.
Tax Calculation
The Tax Calculation Batch now has the ability to select and filter multiple payroll systems.
Tax Service Eligibility
Tax Service Eligibility records can now be updated when either:
A QWF trigger fires that has the QWF Automation Process: Calculate Tax Service Eligibility configured.
The âAutomatically Calculate Recordsâ button on the Assignment Tax Service Eligibility screen is clicked.
Note, records that need to be excluded from recalculation should be flagged as âExclude from Automatic Calculationsâ.
The Tax Service Eligibility screen can now be made available for External Client Users and Vendor users through the External portal.
User Reports
Execution speed performance has been improved for several views.
A new standard view âTax Estimator Hypo Calculation Detailâ is available for use in reports.
Vendor Integration
Any Resource that is also a Relocation Screen Contact will have its full information conveyed to the Vendor through the Service Order, instead of only the ID. This also occurs if the same information needs to be relayed at the Authorization level.
When communicating with a Vendor through a Service Order, it is now possible to use email templates when using Notes. This include merge capabilities of Email Templates as well as Merge Documents.
What-If Cost Estimates
Fixed an issue where the WICE Calculation Inputs prompt would show an error when adding a line item using a Business Rule with specific configurations.
Year End Tax Report Publishing Batch
Payroll systems with a status of âProcess-Onlyâ are now available to select for Year-End Tax Report batches.
